The Prevost is named after Mount Prevost, which looms to the North-west of the city of Duncan on Vancouver Island.
At 1366 square feet, The Prevost is a full-sized family home; with 3 bedrooms, an office (that can double as a 4th bedroom), two spacious bathrooms, a clean, modern kitchen with an island, and a living room with space for everyone.
State of the art heat pumps provide energy efficient heating and cooling, dimmable LED lighting is installed throughout, and large windows and vaulted ceilings provide amazing views and lots of natural light.
At just under 1400 square feet, the Prevost has all of the luxury features of a custom site-built home.
