The Arbutus is a 538 square-foot contemporary-design living space. It features a master bedroom, a guest bedroom that can be repurposed as an office space, one bathroom, and an open concept kitchen and living space.

The Hemlock
The Hemlock is a 538 square foot contemporary-design living space. It features a master bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living space.
Full sized appliances, custom cabinetry, and lots of glass make this the perfect living space for any picturesque property.
The Sutton
The Sutton is a 700 square foot home stretching 50 feet in length with a bedroom cap on either end. In the middle is a full 3-piece bathroom, open kitchen with full sized appliances, and a living room with lots of space for guests.
The Eden
The Eden is a 750 square foot contemporary-design living space with a swooping roofline. At 50’x15’, it features a spacious primary bedroom, single bathroom, and a sprawling open-concept kitchen and living space.

The Benson
The Benson is the second largest model in Nexus’ single module home lineup. Two bedrooms, full 3-piece bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living space comprise this beautiful 840 square-foot home.
The Finlayson
The Finlayson is a connected, multi-module family home that sits comfortably at 840 square feet. A master bedroom, 3-piece bathroom, an office that can double as a 2nd bedroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living space that spans the width of the home.
The Maxwell
The Maxwell is a 960 square foot, multi-module home for the those looking for a little extra space. Primary bedroom with attached ensuite, a multi-purpose room that can easily serve as a guest bedroom, a second 3-piece bathroom, and an open concept kitchen and living room that spans across the width of the home.
The Porter
At 1008 square feet, The Porter is our largest single-module home. Primary bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet, open concept kitchen and living room, dedicated flex room, a second 3-peice bathroom, and a second full sized bedroom.
The Prevost
Our Prevost model is a 1366 square foot staggered multi-unit single-family home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office that can double as a 4th bedroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living space.
The Arrowsmith
The Arrowmsith is the largest in Nexus’ floor plan lineup. At 1,680 square feet, this is a large home for a large family. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a huge communal kitchen and living space. This home keeps you close to family, while still giving everyone their own space.
