The Hemlock is a 538 square foot contemporary-design living space. It features a master bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living space.
The Hemlock contains in-suite washer and dryer units, a 5-foot, one-piece, fiberglass tub and shower, modern flat panel or shaker cabinetry, laminate countertops, state-of-the-art heat pumps to provide energy efficient heating and cooling, and flush-mount, high-efficiency LED lighting.
